Welcome to q788. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and q788 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the q788 platform — including the website, mobile app, sports betting, casino games, and VIP programme — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

All financial transactions on q788 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT), and debit/credit cards. q788 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply across all q788 promotions:

• All bets are final once confirmed. q788 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in the case of obvious system errors.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Market suspensions during live play are standard and not a basis for dispute.
• q788 reserves the right to void bets where there is clear evidence of a technical error in odds, or where the integrity of an event is under question.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per market and are displayed in the bet slip.
• q788 may limit the maximum winnings on any single bet or combination of bets. Limits are displayed in the cashier and betting interface.
• Betting on cricket, PSL, and other major Pakistan sports events is available subject to market availability.

In the event of a dispute over bet settlement, the decision of q788 is final. Players may raise a complaint through the support channel within seven days of the disputed event's settlement.

q788 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Upon closure, any genuine real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned via your registered payment method after verification is complete.
